TBYR Day At The Capitol

The Tampa Bay Young Republicans will be heading up to Tallahassee for a full day of meetings with elected officials and state decision makers. We will be discussing Young Conservative opinions on local and state issues as well as learning about current happenings during session. Carpools will be leaving Tampa on Wednesday night (April 24th) or you may join on your own April 25th.

Wednesday April 24th
– Carpool leaves Tampa at 6:00pm
– Check-in at hotel

Thursday April 25th Agenda (Tentative & Subject to Change)

– Working Breakfast
– Florida House of Representatives and Senate Chamber Tour
– Historic Capitol Tour
– Meet with Tampa Bay Regional State Legislators
– Meetings with Gubernatorial Cabinet Members
– Working Lunch
– Gov. Mansion Tour
– Meeting with Governor Desantis (TBD**)
– Meeting with Republican Party of Florida Executives
– Meeting with Lobbying firms
– Networking Happy Hour
– Dinner

– One car will leave in the evening back to Tampa, the other will leave he next day on April 26th.
