Tampa City Council Candidate Meet and Greet

The TBYR is inviting all Tampa city council candidates from each district to our January monthly meeting. Our goal is to give all candidates a chance to speak to the community of Young Republicans in Tampa Bay. This will not be a debate, everyone will be given allotted time to speak about themselves, their policy plans, and may use their time to discuss the topics from our questionnaire. We encourage our community to come out for open and friendly discussion with candidates and to get to know them before the city elections on March 5th. Candidates in attendance will begin to be listed below as we receive confirmations.

Additionally, we have the 2019 TBYR Executive Board Elections which will take place after the city council give their speeches. The open board positions are President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director. We also have several committees to encourage members as well as new attendees to get more involved with the group.
