TBYR had a great social with Internationally Recognized Property Appraiser Todd Jones! Mr. Jones discussed fiscal conservatism, property taxes, homestead exemptions, Amendments 1 and 2, flood insurance, the general housing trend of Tampa, and less regulation from government in Hillsborough County and the State of Florida.
