TBYR had a great social with Internationally Recognized Property Appraiser Todd Jones! Mr. Jones discussed fiscal conservatism, property taxes, homestead exemptions, Amendments 1 and 2, flood insurance, the general housing trend of Tampa, and less regulation from government in Hillsborough County and the State of Florida.

A big thank you to Todd Jones for joining us and First Chance Last Chance Bar for partnering with us again for another fantastic event!

Mayor Buckhorn spoke to the over 50 people in attendance and discussed the new Water Street District, having pride in the City of Tampa, and moving beyond partisan politics to accomplish things together.
